Eric Topol, MDDr. Topol is a practicing cardiologist with Scripps Clinic and a pioneer in the field of cardiovascular medicine. He is also Professor of Genomics at the Scripps Research Institute and a leading proponent of using evidence based mobile health solutions for more personalized, individual-centric care that will improve outcomes, advance satisfaction, and decrease costs. Dr. Topol has led clinical trials in 40 countries with over 200,000 patients. He was named Doctor of the Decade by the Institute of Scientific Information and was elected to the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences.
