Carlos School of Management is inviting to the Washington Health Economics Symposium, which will provide a national forum for path-breaking health economics research critical to the domains of public policy, financing, and technology innovation. Up to six briefing papers will be selected by the organizing committee of academics and past policymakers in the Executive and Legislative branches for presentation and discussion on October 7 and 8. The author of each paper selected for presentation will be eligible for a $4,000 travel and lodging honorarium. Brief panel discussions with medical and health industry experts will be woven into the program.
