The Strathmore University Business School is the leading business school in Kenya and among the top 5 business schools in Africa. The school’s Institute of Healthcare Management (IHM) is the only institution in Africa that offers MBA in Healthcare Management (MBA-HCM) and a Ph.D. in Healthcare Management. IHM has also established a solid track record in delivering short courses that include: Country Health System Strengthening (CHESS) course targeting county/district health management teams; Leading High Performing Health Organizations (LeHHO) targeting senior health leaders; Managing Healthcare Businesses, targeting small and medium size health facility managers; an online course on Hospital Management in collaboration with Neu-Ulm University, Germany and a course in Pharmaceutical Commodity Supply Chain Management in partnership with Imperial Health Sciences of South Africa.
