This symposium investigates the problems healthcare organizations face in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, components of DEI initiatives through the project management life cycle, strategies and barriers to implementing a DEI initiatives, and provide tools that assist in implementing DEI initiatives in healthcare organizations.
