The Business School Alliance for Health Management supports premier business school health management programs in educating the next generation of health sector leaders and advancing thought leadership in the field.
While other academic disciplines address policy issues facing the health sector, business schools represent the vital link between the practical issues of managing healthcare institutions and developing their leaders. Formed in 2010, BAHM comprises a select group of 21 top business schools worldwide that offer a health sector focus. BAHM initiatives include a dedicated annual case competition for students attending member institutions, doctoral student webinars, and the recently relaunched BAHM-sponsored journal, Health Management Policy and Innovation (HMPI).
The Alliance aims to help the public understand the capacity of our institutions to bring about solutions to many of the management and leadership issues arising in the health sector on a global basis.”
