This symposium investigates the problems healthcare organizations face in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, components of DEI initiatives through the project management life cycle, strategies and barriers to implementing a DEI initiatives, and provide tools that assist in implementing DEI initiatives in healthcare organizations.

WiDS Worldwide will feature keynote addresses, technical talks, and panel discussions with thought leaders from academia, industry, non-profit, and government. WiDS Worldwide online will include the conference sessions, in addition to a Career Expo,​ workshops, and networking.
